ABOUT ME
PERRIS ROWAN
Perris was born and raised in San Diego and has always had a passion for fitness and the body as a whole. From working out with his Mom and Dad at a young age, to playing college soccer and studying Kinesiology, fitness has always been a part of his life.
​
Perris has been a personal trainer, manager of a CrossFit gym, and has experience in strength and conditioning for high school and collegiate sports teams. He has been coaching people in person and online for a few years now and enjoys seeing others transform and succeed!
In 2019, Perris starting competing in natural bodybuilding competitions (which was a new avenue for him) and found much success as he gained his "pro" card in the INBA/PNBA.
