THE CALL
In order to get you where you want to be, I need to know where you have been, where you are currently and where you would like to go. In other words, we will schedule a call to go over what your goals are, any underlying obstacles there might be and establish a clear route for you to accomplish those goals! Plus, I just want to get to know you a little bit.

"TAILOR-MADE" NUTRITION PLAN
If there is any area in this process that CANNOT be generalized, its this one. Dialing in your nutrition is a multifaceted process. We come up with a plan that encompasses the absolute best blend of factors, including but not limited to calorie intake/macros, lifestyle, habits and food preferences.
Resources such as recipes, templates and constant support will be at your disposal.

CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN
Your training regimen will be completely catered to your goals and abilities. Important factors such as frequency (preferred # of workouts per week), time (per session), gym atmosphere (garage or typical), are all accounted for.

Additionally, all movements and details will be explained, making sure that it is easy to follow. No more guessing games in the gym.

It's muscle building time...if that's what you're into, of course ;).

ACCOUNTABILITY
The good 'ol "A" word. Oh, yes, I'll be on your ass in the best way. It's the key to the success of many. Don't get me wrong, at the end of the day, it's up to you to put in the work. But, here are a couple things that are definitely going to help:
Weekly Check Ins - I will hunt you down weekly to know how you're doing.
Program Adjustments - this is not an "automated" program. Changes will be made based on the speed/consistency of your measured progress.
Q&A's - I am here for you! Don't ever be afraid to ask!
